This course will empower you with the techniques, tools and strategies to motivate and develop others, enabling them to embrace new processes and defeat resistance.

    Identify, plan for and address any barriers and issues you might encounter.

    Create a change management strategy to improve holistic decision making in order to implement changes efficiently.
  • Managing and overcoming  resistance

    Learn why employees resist change and how to effectively resolve and overcome resistance issues.

  • Monitoring and evaluating change

    Develop measures and mechanisms to monitor progress in order to evaluate implementation success and employee satisfaction.
