Shelby Consulting has worked with and built productive relationships across the various agencies within the Health Sector for many years. Our consultants have undertaken large and complex selection recruitment processes, including multiple large pool processes for Fiona Stanley Hospital; and over 60 classification reviews ranging from entry level to executive roles in the corporate and medical sectors, as well as evaluations and reviews within the industry. People support
Our HR team has helped to recruit multiple roles including ward clerks, contract managers, scientific technicians and SES roles for both the Department of Health and the WA Country Health Service. We provide advice on specialist issues like staffing structures, job classifications and general HR matters. We are trained in the use of RAMS, and are adept at navigating, updating and developing reporting information.
Evaluation and review
Our evaluation and review team has supported the department, gathering evidence to make informed decisions about programs and strategies; completing reviews such as the 3 year  “Evaluation of Healthy Schools Initiative” (2008-2011). We can tailor and deliver solutions accordingly.
Business management
Shelby Consulting has taken an active role in many initiatives and workshops within the Health Sector, including “Breast Screen Strategic Planning Workshop” (2010) and “Needs analysis and recommendations for sustainable options for effective STI and BBV prevention and educational skills development for Aboriginal health staff in Western Australia” (2013/4). This means our consultants have a deep understanding of the Health Industry and give you meaningful advice and assistance.
