Structural review of Asset Management Division WA Police

Rob Veitch completed a strategic review of the structure, and functions of the Asset Management Division, and classifications of key positions in the structure during 2006. This review included evaluation of the structure, review of individual roles and responsibilities and classification of positions. The methodology included a client relationship workshop for senior staff of WAPOL and of the Department of Housing and Works. The review involved the investigation of the business requirements of the division, detailed examination of senior roles and responsibilities, evaluation of classification levels, and recommendations regarding the structural imperatives. A report was provided which outlined the recommended changes to the functions and individual roles and classifications to facilitate better alignment with the operational and strategic business requirements of the Division.
